‘Anywhere Road’ available for purchase

Finally, at (very) long last my book ‘Anywhere Road’ is available for ordering at Blurb.com. Those of you that have been following my blog for a while will remember that I wrote about wanting to finish the book at certain points quite a few times before, but due to various personal and work-related circumstances it has taken me until now to have a product I am satisfied with and am now able to offer it.

It is available in both Hard- and Softcover versions (see link further down). This is how the book looks.

Front cover (Softcover version):

Back cover (Hardcover (Dust Jacket) version)

I personally am very fond of the Hardcover version with a dust jacket, but they also offer an Imagewrap version and am furthermore offering a number of upgrade options such as various papers and end sheets. One word of warning though, when you click on ‘order’ the website ticks a box called ‘Instant PDF version’ as the standard option, so unless you want that option, make sure to untick this box, otherwise you will be charged another $4,99.

For a preview of the whole book please click on the ‘Anywhere Road’ link below (unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be possible anymore to embed the preview directly on this blog, you will be redirected onto the Blurb.com website).

I hope you won’t find ordering from Blurb.com too much of a hassle as you have to open an account with them, but after much consideration I decided to publish the book this way. As an advantage for those of you thinking about ordering ‘Anywhere Road’ living in the US, I think the p+p costs should be a bit lower compared to having it shipped from Europe (the turnaround time with them isn’t very long either).

Thank you.

Congratulations on the book! I’m always on the lookout for anything new and Beat-esque. I just recently had a book come out about Ginsberg: The Trickster in Ginsberg (http://www.mcfarlandpub.com/book-2.php?id=978-0-7864-6469-2)

I can’t wait to check yours out! Thanks for doing this project — especially considering how important photography was to many of the Beats (like Kerouac and Ginsberg), this project just hits on so many important points of the Beats’ poetry! Very cool 🙂

      Hello Katherine.
Nice to meet you! Congratulations to you too – would love to read your book, it’s a little bit pricey for me for the moment (and I don’t own a Kindle), (but I know how that is, mine is very expensive too – but I just couldn’t find a way to do it cheaper than go with Blurb).
But hopefully someday I’ll manage to buy a copy. Congratulations also on your blog – a lot of interesting posts on there. Be in touch. J
